A shocking video has emerged showing an Army jawan being assaulted and restrained by toll booth staff in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The soldier, Kapil Kavad, was en route to Srinagar when the incident occurred at the Bhuni toll plaza. The altercation started after the soldier approached the staff due to a long queue, escalating into a physical confrontation. The toll booth workers beat Kapil and his cousin before tying him to a pole. Four arrests have been made following the incident, and investigations are underway. The incident has led to a case being registered at the Sarurpur police station. The soldier was returning to his post after spending time at home on leave.
