A private engineering institute manager, identified as Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, is under investigation by Delhi Police for allegedly molesting 17 female students. The incidents occurred in Vasant Kunj. The accused, also known as Parth Sarthy, is currently at large. The students are reportedly enrolled in PGDM courses under the EWS scholarship program at the institute. Police have taken statements from 32 girls, with 17 alleging various forms of abuse including abusive language, obscene messages, and inappropriate physical contact. A case has been registered against Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati under different sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) by the Vasant Kunj Police. In addition, a vehicle belonging to the accused with a forged UN number plate has been impounded. The police are actively working to track down and arrest him.
