Significantly, after the violent clash by the Chinese side along the Line of Actual Control in eastern Ladakh, troops have also been alerted on the border of the border district of Uttarkashi. The army is ready to give a befitting reply to China. Nine Bihar regiments of the Indian Army are deployed along the border of Uttarkashi. The army is already in alert mode here. The army does not want any kind of lapse here. India-China have a 345 km long border in Uttarakhand. It has a border of about 122 kilometers in Uttarkashi. The ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police) is responsible for guarding this border.
