Praveen Kandregula’s Telugu horror film, Subham, which was released in theaters on May 9th, 2025, did not meet the expectations of its makers, despite featuring actors like Harshith Reddy and Gavireddy Srinivas. Though some viewers praised its horror and storyline, the film’s box office performance was disappointing. It has now transitioned to an OTT platform.
Zee5 was initially slated to stream Subham; however, the agreement fell through. JioHotstar subsequently acquired the streaming rights. The film was released on JioHotstar on June 13th, 2025.
Besides Harshith Reddy and Gavireddy Srinivas, the film features Charan Peri, Shriya Kontham, Shravani Lakshmi, and Shalini Kondepudi. Samantha Ruth Prabhu is credited as producer, with Tralala Moving Pictures and Kanakavalli Talkies as the production banners.
