Amazon’s *Uppu Kappurambu* is a comedy film where Keerthy Suresh takes on a unique role. The film follows Apoorva, the head of a village struggling with a grave shortage, with the help of advice from her late father. The film attempts to find humor in death, resulting in a fast-paced and, at times, chaotic, comedy. While the film’s humor isn’t always successful, Keerthy Suresh’s performance is a standout. The film also features Suhas as the village grave digger, but their connection lacks the needed emotional depth. The film, while flawed, is a bold attempt at dark comedy.
