The film community is saddened by the death of Partho Ghosh, a veteran director who passed away at 75. He died on Monday due to heart complications. Ghosh was celebrated for directing popular films such as ‘100 Days,’ ‘Teesra Kaun,’ and ‘Agni Sakshi.’ He began his career as an assistant director. He gained significant recognition in 1991 with the movie ‘100 Days’. His 1993 film ‘Dalaal’ was another major hit. Ghosh wrote and directed more than fifteen films. His last directorial work was ‘Mausam Ikrar Ke Do Pal Pyar Ke’ in 2018. He is survived by his wife, Gouri.
