Kseniya Alexandrova, a prominent model and the 2017 Vice-Miss Russia, has died from injuries sustained in a car accident. She had been in a coma for a number of weeks. The accident occurred on July 5th; her husband was in the car at the time, but was not injured. The circumstances of the accident were unusual.
Alexandrova, 30, had been married just four months before her death, with wedding photos shared on social media. The news of her passing has deeply affected industry professionals and fans alike. According to reports, Alexandrova and her husband were driving from Rzhev when a deer suddenly appeared on the road and collided with their Porsche Panamera.
The impact caused a severe head injury, leading to Alexandrova’s immediate loss of consciousness. Her husband explained that the entire event, from the deer appearing to the collision, happened in a split second, preventing any possibility of intervention. The deer struck the car directly, causing a significant head injury. She became unconscious, and her head was seriously wounded, resulting in her entering a coma.
Her agency, Modus Vivendi, issued a tribute on social media, expressing their deep sorrow and announcing the loss of their friend and colleague. Alexandrova had previously competed in the Miss Universe 2017 competition in Las Vegas.
