The movie is estimated to have collected ₹5.50 crore on its fifth day, bringing the total collection to ₹60.90 crore.
Sekhar Kammula has revealed that ‘Kuberaa’ focuses on the contrast between a wealthy, greedy character and a poor beggar portrayed by Dhanush. The director found the concept of the rich and poor colliding to be compelling. He mentioned that Dhanush was his immediate pick for the beggar role, while Nagarjuna was chosen for another critical role. The film also includes Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh in lead roles.
