MUMBAI: Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston’s upcoming movie “Murder Mystery 2” has a singular India connection: the “Friends” actor has worn an ivory Manish Malhotra lehenga for an Indian wedding ceremony sequence within the Netflix film.
The streaming platform shared the trailer of the film on Twitter on Monday night time during which Aniston is seen collaborating within the ceremony as a bridesmaid.
According to Malhotra’s workforce, famend Hollywood costume designer Debra Mcguire picked the ivory-coloured chikankari lehenga because it was a seashore wedding ceremony scene.
The apparel, which took roughly three months to create, consists of “graduating rectangular motifs, intricately embroidered floral blouse with pearl droplets and a handmade back tassle”.
