The Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has made news by renting out an apartment to his girlfriend, Saba Azad. Roshan’s film ‘War 2’ has been in the spotlight, but its performance hasn’t matched expectations. Despite this, Roshan is leasing an apartment to Azad. The apartment is located in the Mannat Apartments, a prestigious building in Mumbai that connects Juhu and Versova. The apartments in this building usually range from 1,000 to 1,300 square feet, with rents varying between ₹1 lakh and ₹3 lakh.
Roshan has leased the apartment to Saba Azad for ₹75,000 per month. The rental agreement was signed on August 4th. The actor had previously purchased three apartments in the same building in 2020. One of these is a duplex on floors 19 and 20, and another apartment is on the 18th floor. Azad has provided a security deposit of ₹1.25 lakh. The Roshan family is known for their real estate dealings in Mumbai.
In 2020, Roshan acquired the three apartments for ₹97.5 crore. Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik’s father, sold some apartments in 2025. Hrithik, aged 51, has been in a relationship with Saba Azad, who is 12 years younger, since 2022. The couple is frequently seen together, and they enjoy traveling together. Azad is active on OTT platforms, and Roshan has several projects in development. Rakesh Roshan’s home in Khandala was recently showcased in Farah Khan’s vlog.
