The world of cinema is saddened by the death of Partho Ghosh, who passed away on Monday at 75 due to heart-related issues. His work is remembered for films such as ‘100 Days’, ‘Teesra Kaun’, and ‘Agni Sakshi’. He started his career as an assistant director and rose to prominence with ‘100 Days’ in 1991. The success continued with his work on ‘Dalaal’ in 1993. Ghosh was a prolific director, having written and directed over 15 films in his career. His last film, ‘Mausam Ikrar Ke Do Pal Pyar Ke’, was released in 2018. He is survived by his wife, Gouri.
