Sanjay Dutt mentioned he gave dates to Firoz Khan for ‘Yalgaar’ in December 1991. Firoz directed this movie, which also had shooting in Dubai. Then, Firoz Khan introduced Sanjay Dutt to Dawood Ibrahim. Sanjay recounted, “Firoz Khan introduced me to Dawood Ibrahim during the shooting.”
