Maruti Suzuki’s new Victoris SUV has been unveiled, preparing for its market launch with price announcements coming soon. The Victoris is set to compete in the Indian market against the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos. The SUV stands out with its ADAS and has already earned a 5-star safety rating. Bharat NCAP tested the Victoris, awarding it the highest safety rating. The evaluation involved several variants, including the ZXI+ Strong Hybrid eCVT, ZXI+(O) Strong Hybrid eCVT, and ZXI+(O) 6AT. The 5-star rating applies to all models of the SUV.
The Victoris is built on the new Suzuki Global C-Platform. It is equipped with a number of features and will be sold through Maruti Suzuki’s Arena outlets, targeting a broad customer base. It will be a key offering from the Maruti Suzuki Arena division, helping the company strengthen its position in the Indian passenger vehicle market and take advantage of the rising demand for utility vehicles. Safety is a key element of the Victoris, with ADAS and various other features included.
