The possibility of an India-bound Suzuki Swift Sport has been raised by a recent report. The report showcased a new iteration of the Suzuki Swift Sport, adding fuel to speculation. The new Swift Sport, according to the report, could be equipped with a 1.4L Inline 4 Cylinder Turbo engine combined with a 48V mild Hybrid system, with performance-focused adjustments to the body and suspension. Suzuki’s past performance hatchback offerings in India include the Baleno RS. The current Swift Sport already has features that improve balance, like rigid axle supports and tuned coil springs. While a global launch is expected by 2025, the Indian market may soon receive the new Swift Sport, possibly with a 1-liter three-cylinder Turbo engine. The design shows an aggressive front fascia with updated styling accents, a redesigned front grille, sporty alloy wheels and red calipers, reflecting a performance-focused design.
