Royal Enfield is preparing to launch a series of new motorcycles, including models under 1000cc and new electric motorcycles to expand its global reach. The Flying Flea, a standout model, incorporates advanced technology. The motorcycle demonstrated at CES, highlighted the company’s technological advancements, especially the integration of the Snapdragon Car-to-Cloud Platform. Mario Alvisi, Royal Enfield’s Chief Growth Officer, highlighted that the inclusion of Snapdragon is an important move for the company. The QWM2290 SoC has been specifically designed for EV two-wheelers, and will play a role in the vehicle control unit.
Reports indicate upcoming 750cc bikes. Royal Enfield has been working on launching new models. The Continental GT could get a cafe racer style fairing. The Auto Expo 2025 might be the venue to unveil the new launches. Also, an electric Himalayan adventure bike has been spotted with a new seat that extends till the tank. It will have an Öhlins Monoshock and heavy-duty Nissin Fancy Petal Discs.
The Himalayan 750 is expected to be powered by a 750cc engine, made to be suitable for off-road terrain. The testing was conducted at high-altitude location, Khar-Dung La which indicates the vehicle might be near its launch.
