Nissan Motor India has announced substantial price cuts across the Magnite range, resulting from adjustments to GST rates for the sub-4 meter SUV. These changes, which take effect on September 22, 2025, marking the commencement of Navratri, have resulted in price decreases of up to approximately ₹1 lakh for the higher-end models. This is designed to be an attractive offer to consumers ahead of the festive season. The manufacturer believes that the lowered pricing will stimulate demand within the segment as affordability is a key factor in purchase decisions.
The base variant, the Magnite Visia MT, now has a starting price below ₹6 lakh, with the new price set at ₹5.61 lakh (ex-showroom). The mid-range automatic variants, such as N-Connecta CVT and KURO CVT, are now available for under ₹10 lakh. The highest reductions have been implemented on the top-spec CVT Tekna and CVT Tekna+ trims, with price cuts of roughly ₹97,000 and ₹1 lakh.
Furthermore, Nissan has also reduced the price of the CNG fitment kit. The new price is ₹71,999, a decrease of ₹3,000. This kit is provided by government-approved vendors, is backed by a 3-year/1 lakh km warranty, and maintains the full 336-liter boot space in the Magnite CNG.
