The incident happened shortly after takeoff when a passenger in seat 14D entered the restroom and was unable to exit due to a jammed lock. Crew members attempted to assist, but the door wouldn’t budge. A handwritten note was passed under the door to provide reassurance, asking the passenger to stay seated until the flight landed.
