Starting September 22, Honda Cars India is providing benefits to its customers due to the 2025 GST reforms. This move is designed to make buying a car more accessible and to boost sales during the festive season. To encourage more sales, the Japanese automaker is offering discounts and special offers across its product range during this period.
The second-generation Honda Amaze is now cheaper by up to Rs 72,800 and the third-generation Amaze is up to Rs 95,500 cheaper following the GST revisions. The Honda Elevate sees a price reduction of up to Rs 58,400, and the Honda City is now more affordable, by up to Rs 57,500.
The Elevate mid-size SUV has been updated with new interior colors, styling enhancements and special packages. The top-of-the-line ZX trim features an ivory cabin, soft-touch inserts, and leatherette seats. Additional features include 7-color ambient lighting, a 360-degree camera, and a new Alpha-Bolad Plus grill. The V and VX trims have also been refreshed.
According to reports, Honda is planning to launch the Elevate hybrid SUV during the 2026 festive season. The powertrain details have not yet been finalized, though it might use the City e:HEV’s 1.5-liter petrol hybrid engine combined with an eCVT gearbox.
