Suzuki has launched the Fronx, a crossover model based on the Baleno, with Level 2 ADAS technology. The Fronx, manufactured in India, is distributed in over 70 countries, including regions in Africa and Latin America. Japan NCAP tested the vehicle, awarding it a four-star safety rating. The Fronx achieved an overall score of 163.75 out of 193.8 points and scored 76.33 points out of 100 in specific tests. The new ADAS features, already available in the Indonesian version, are slated to be introduced in India, boosting safety standards. The Indonesian Fronx is equipped with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine. The K15B petrol engine is coupled with transmission options such as a five-speed manual gearbox and a four-speed automatic. The 1.5-liter K15C engine produces 98 bhp and a maximum torque of 135 Nm.
