The third edition of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo (BMGE) is slated for February 4-9, 2027, in Delhi NCR, as announced by the Commerce Ministry. The expo is shifting away from its annual format, allowing manufacturers a longer timeframe to develop and showcase advanced mobility solutions. The previous BMGE took place in January. The 2027 expo could introduce a multi-modal mobility and logistics section, encompassing rail, road, air, water, and urban/rural transportation. Agricultural mobility solutions and tractors will also be in the spotlight.
The 2025 BMGE was a major success, attracting close to 10 lakh visitors and over 1500 exhibitors. The event was held across multiple venues in Delhi-NCR, including Bharat Mandapam. Leading automotive brands like Honda, Audi, Renault, and Nissan have confirmed their participation in the forthcoming event. This shift to a revised schedule is in line with international trends, where auto shows in cities like Frankfurt, Geneva, and Detroit are being modified or restructured.
