Amidst the chilling winter in Medininagar, a significant act of solidarity took place in Gram Nimia (Ward No. 3) with a massive blanket distribution drive. The ‘Nayi Sanskriti Society’ and ‘Sanskar’ collaborated to bring warmth and comfort to hundreds of underprivileged residents facing the severe cold. Gracing the occasion as the chief guest, Ashish Bhardwaj commended the consistent philanthropic work of the organizations. “We have been undertaking this mission for the past five years,” Bhardwaj shared. “This year, we are actively distributing blankets across Medininagar on a near-daily basis.” He further highlighted their deep commitment, stating, “Through our combined efforts, we even conduct late-night checks on our fellow citizens residing on the streets, providing them with necessary warmth and support during this intense cold.” Bhardwaj eloquently defined the purpose of human existence as service to others, saying, “The most enduring human achievement is altruism; it’s something no one can take from you.” He advised everyone to remain vigilant as the cold intensifies and to care for those around them, considering the city and its people as their own. “The service we render to our community is the truest form of national service,” he proclaimed, expressing immense pleasure in contributing to the positive social impact of ‘Sanskar’ and ‘Nayi Sanskriti Society’. He assured his full backing for all their future initiatives. Vinod Agrawal, attending as a special guest, expressed satisfaction with the organizations’ ability to reach those most in need and called for greater community involvement. The leadership of both societies reiterated their core mission of addressing societal needs, particularly ensuring that no one is left vulnerable to the cold, and pledged to continue these efforts across the city. The event was distinguished by the presence of several notable figures and hundreds of local villagers, with numerous volunteers playing a vital role in its organization and execution.
