Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai met, in the evening at his residence office in Raipur on 8 December 2025, a delegation from Credit, Real Estate and Bastar Chamber of Commerce & Industries Jagdalpur. The delegation was welcomed cordially. The Chief Minister, along with Finance Minister Mr. OP Chaudhary, upon instructions of the Central Valuation Board, convened a meeting on 7 December 2025 to consider suggestions, directives and objections received regarding the new guideline rates that came into effect on 20 November 2025. In the meeting, several comprehensive decisions were taken to make the registration and valuation process more transparent, simple and public-friendly, which came into immediate effect from 8 December. The delegation expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for the important decisions taken by the government. Finance Minister OP Chaudhary, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyp, Industry Minister LKhan Lal Devangan and MLA Kiran Dev were present at the occasion.
