Modern Public School in Koderma district has officially launched its ‘Tribal Pride Fortnight,’ an event dedicated to celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda. The celebration commenced with a captivating dramatic reenactment of Birsa Munda’s life story during the morning assembly. Students enthusiastically portrayed his significant role in the freedom struggle and his tireless efforts to secure tribal rights. The performing students, such as Ankit Kumar, Ranvir Kumar, Sunay Shahana, Roshan Kumar, Kundan Kumar, Kimsi Kumari, Ansh Kumar, Vivhan Kumar, and Shashi Kumar, demonstrated remarkable talent under the tutelage of Sandeep Kumar and Satyabhama Thakur. This initiative seeks to elevate awareness about the legacy of tribal heroes in India’s fight for independence and to promote the vibrant artistic and cultural expressions of tribal communities.
