A powerful new patriotic song, ‘Dada Kishan Ki Jai,’ from the highly anticipated film ‘120 Bahadur,’ made its debut at an impressive launch event in Lucknow on Tuesday. The ceremony saw an overwhelming turnout of fans, eager to connect with the film’s themes of courage and sacrifice.
Prominent personalities at the launch included actor Farhan Akhtar, celebrated singer Sukhwinder Singh, and Narpat Singh, son of the heroic Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC. The actors portraying the Charlie Company soldiers were also present, along with the two surviving heroes of the Battle of Rezang La, Subedar Honorary Captain Ram Chander Yadav Ji and Havildar Nihal Singh Ji, SM. The presence of families of the brave soldiers added a poignant dimension to the event.
‘Dada Kishan Ki Jai’ is a moving musical composition, brought to life by the talents of Salim-Sulaiman (music) and Javed Akhtar (lyrics). Sukhwinder Singh’s rendition is incredibly impactful, resonating with the spirit of the nation.
The film ‘120 Bahadur’ is based on the true events of the Battle of Rezang La during the 1962 India-China war.
