The Mahindra XEV 9e follows in the footsteps of the Tata Harrier EV. It also received a 5-star rating in the BNCAP crash test, with scores of 32 out of 32 for AOP and 45 out of 49 for COP. Similar to the Harrier EV, it comes standard with six airbags, electronic stability control, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and driver/passenger seatbelt reminders. Its rating shows that safety was a priority in its design, even on a pure electric platform.
