The strongest winds are forecast to impact coastal areas from northern Quang Tri to Thanh Hoa from late Sunday night into Monday morning. Local authorities have taken proactive measures, closing tourist-related businesses and evacuating residents from hazardous coastal zones. Heavy rainfall is predicted for the coming days, increasing the likelihood of severe flooding and widespread disruption. Residents are advised to take precautions, including staying indoors, avoiding travel, and adhering to evacuation orders.
