‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ is currently trailing behind in advance bookings. The film has made a total of ₹1.01 crore with blocked seats, and ₹26.97 lakh without blocked seats. For the first day, 5,188 tickets have been sold, with 1,597 shows booked. If the current pace of promotion is not good, there is a high possibility of huge losses.
On the other hand, Rishab Shetty’s ‘Kantara Chapter 1’, being a pan-India film, is expected to perform well. The advance bookings reflect the same trend, as the film has already earned ₹4.77 crore for the first day, and ₹8.11 crore including blocked seats. A total of 1,31,470 tickets have been sold. The Kannada market is showing a strong support. In Hindi, 10,000 tickets have been sold, generating a business of ₹28 lakh.
‘Kantara Chapter 1’ has a budget of ₹125 crore, marking a significant increase compared to its predecessor. ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ is budgeted at ₹80 crore.
