Pawan Kalyan’s “They Call Him OG” has made a spectacular debut, captivating audiences and dominating the box office. The film’s opening day performance has been exceptional, surpassing the earnings of some of the biggest movies in recent years. “OG” managed to outperform several prominent films, including Shah Rukh Khan’s “Jawan” and Rajinikanth’s “Kuli.” The film had already earned 20.25 crore rupees before its official release. On the opening day, the film grossed 70.75 crore rupees in India. Combining the domestic collection with the South Indian market’s contribution, the total opening day earnings in India reached 91 crore rupees. The movie’s overseas earnings are also impressive, with around 53-54 crore rupees earned on the first day. Taking into account the first-day gross collection of 100 crore rupees, the total first-day earnings reached a staggering 154-155 crore rupees. This outstanding performance has propelled “OG” into the top 7 highest-grossing Indian films worldwide. The film has outperformed “Animal” starring Ranbir Kapoor, “Jawan,” “Leo,” “Devra,” and “Kuli,” showcasing the immense popularity and success of “OG.”
