The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has seized assets worth ₹94.22 crore in Assam in connection with a land scam related to the All India Services Officers Cooperative Group Housing Society. The Guwahati Zonal Office attached eight properties belonging to Rajendra Nath on September 18, 2025, and a charge sheet has been filed. The housing society includes IAS, IPS, and IFS officers.
The ED’s investigation began following an FIR filed at the Basistha police station in Guwahati. The FIR named S সৌতিক Goswami, Rajendra Nath, and others, accusing them of criminal conspiracy, fraud, and breach of trust.
