Rajkumar Rai, an RJD leader, was killed in a shooting incident in Patna on Wednesday evening. The attack happened around 10 PM in lane number seventeen, in front of the Rajendra Nagar Terminal. The police are actively investigating the murder, utilizing CCTV footage to identify the suspects. According to the police, the victim was also known as Ala Rai and was involved in both politics and property. Rai was shot near his home and attempted to take cover in a shop. Sadly, he did not survive his injuries and died on the way to the hospital. The assailants pursued Rai, continuing to fire shots within a nearby hotel. Six bullet shells were collected from the site. The police are examining all possible motives, considering Rai’s political activities and his involvement in real estate transactions as potential leads.
