A case of medical negligence in Balod district, Chhattisgarh, has resulted in the death of Subhash Kumar Janbandhu. The victim, a 40-year-old, sought treatment from a quack doctor, Rekhram Sahu, in Kandul village. The doctor administered nine injections to the deceased’s private parts. The police have arrested Sahu following a complaint from the victim’s family.
Subhash was suffering from piles and sought a local treatment. After receiving the injections, Subhash experienced excessive bleeding and his abdomen swelled, eventually leading to his death. The family immediately took him to the hospital, where he succumbed to the complications. The police have taken the accused into custody and are continuing their investigation.
