The Apple iPhone 17 officially went on sale in India, leading to substantial queues outside Apple stores in Mumbai’s BKC and Delhi’s Saket. The sale began on Friday, with customers arriving as early as 5 a.m. to be among the first to acquire the new devices. The enthusiasm was evident, with some customers traveling from outside of Maharashtra to join the launch events. The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max were launched at the “Awe Dropping” event on September 9, alongside the base iPhone 17 and the new iPhone Air. The event additionally introduced the Apple Watch Series 11, Watch Ultra 3, Watch SE 3, and the latest AirPods Pro 3. The customers were excited and hopeful to get their hands on the latest iPhone model.
