Since 2014, Dubey has starred in numerous successful films, solidifying her status in the industry. The public perception was that she was 38 years old, a point often raised when discussing her career and personal life. In recent interviews, she has addressed the matter, acknowledging her age. However, she has now revealed her actual age.
During an interview, Aamrapali Dubey addressed the issue of her age, stating, “I was born on January 11, 1992, but there was a significant error in my date of birth on Wikipedia. Even my elder sister, Aanchal Dubey, experiences a similar situation where a year or two is added to her age. She often teases me about it.”
When asked about the 1987 birth year mentioned on Wikipedia, Aamrapali responded, “Yes, that’s correct. While it doesn’t affect me personally, the industry I work in is very age-sensitive, especially concerning roles. Older heroes often star with younger actresses, whereas actresses of the same age sometimes find themselves playing the hero’s sister or mother as they get older. So, an actress’s age matters in the film industry, which is why it is important to me.” Based on the date of birth Aamrapali Dubey shared, her current age is 33 years.
