Kumar highlighted the initial formation of the JD(U)-BJP government in Bihar in November 2005. He acknowledged past political shifts, attributing them to internal party influences.
Kumar praised Prime Minister Modi, thanking him for his contributions to the nation and Bihar. He also expressed his gratitude to the dignitaries present. He further announced plans to provide employment and jobs to one crore youth over the next five years, and highlighted the special assistance being given for setting up new industries in Bihar. Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for multiple development projects in Purnea, worth approximately Rs 36,000 crore.
