The Bihar Idea Festival recognized outstanding innovation across various sectors. Patna resident Shashi Kumar’s automated medical waste water treatment system earned him the top prize of 25,000 rupees. Adarsh Arav of Saharsa’s AI-powered drone platform secured second place. Shambhavi Sharma of West Champaran received third place for her ‘Vayu Jyoti’ cookstove. Ajit Kumar from Siwan was recognized for his cold storage facility that uses biogas. Lastly, Yog Srivastava of Patna, who developed India’s first AI-powered legal operating system, also received an award. The winners will also get a direct entry into the pitching round as part of the Bihar Startup Policy-2022.
