In a significant gesture, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav distributed scooters to 7832 outstanding students on September 11th. The event also included the allocation of over Rs 61.12 crore to more than 20 lakh girls under the Sanitation-Hygiene scheme, and over Rs 7 crore to more than 20,000 girls through the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya scheme. Dr. Yadav participated in a scooter ride with a student and provided guidance on safe driving and regulatory compliance. The students were delighted and expressed their appreciation for the gifts. The CM emphasized the government’s vision for a self-reliant India and the progress being made under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. He discussed the state’s commitment to education, expansion of irrigation, and the encouragement of entrepreneurship. The government is also focusing on industrialization. Additionally, under the Samagra Shiksha scheme, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav distributed Rs 61.12 crore for sanitation and hygiene to over 20 lakh girls. Also, under the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya scheme, Rs 7 crore was provided to 20,100 girls for T.L.M and stipends.
