A devastating incident in Dhanbad resulted in the deaths of three people, including two children. The tragedy occurred in the Lodna OP area, at the 4 Number Bai Quarter. The collapse involved a dilapidated and vacant building that was once part of BCCL’s housing. People, including children, had taken shelter inside the building to escape the rain when the roof unexpectedly caved in. The collapse claimed the lives of two children and one adult, and also left three others injured.
