Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli resigned on Tuesday and subsequently left Kathmandu. His departure was conducted using a military helicopter, and his current location is not yet known. The resignation is a direct result of ongoing, massive protests across Nepal, where clashes have led to 19 deaths and over 300 injuries. Additionally, protestors have taken over Baluwatar, the Prime Minister’s official residence.
