Police in Bhagalpur, Bihar, have taken action following an incident at the railway station where controversial slogans were raised. A video of the event went viral, showing an individual at platform number 01 of Bhagalpur railway station, along with other children, waving a flag and shouting slogans. Authorities were alerted and attempted to gather information, but initial efforts were unsuccessful. Subsequent searches were conducted in nearby areas to locate the individuals involved, but they were not found.
Law enforcement is actively seeking to identify the individuals. Arman Hussain is alleged to have been carrying a Palestinian flag and chanting provocative slogans. A large gathering of approximately 4,000-5,000 people took place on Friday to celebrate Prophet Hazrat Muhammad’s birthday near the mosque. During the event, one individual and a child were seen on platform number 01, displaying a flag and shouting slogans, despite a warning from RPF staff. Subsequently, SS Bhagalpur filed a written complaint, resulting in GRP Bhagalpur registering a case. A joint team of RPF, GRP, and the local Habibpur police station was formed to identify and arrest the perpetrators. On Monday, four minors were taken into custody for questioning. The video of the slogans has gained considerable attention on social media.
