The BJP is planning extensive celebrations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, including a ‘Seva Pakhwada’ from September 17th to October 2nd. A major highlight of the festivities will be the launch of the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan’ (Healthy Woman, Empowered Family Campaign) by PM Modi on September 17th. This initiative aims to bolster healthcare services for women and children across the country.
JP Nadda, the BJP’s National President and a Union Minister, shared details of the campaign, emphasizing its objectives to improve healthcare access, quality, and awareness for women and children. The campaign will include the organization of 75,000 health camps in Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, Community Health Centers (CHCs), and other health facilities.
The health camps will offer specialized services to cater to the health requirements of women and children, supporting the government’s focus on inclusive healthcare.
In addition, a ‘Poshan Maah’ (Nutrition Month) will be observed across all Anganwadis to promote nutrition, health awareness, and overall well-being. These combined efforts aim to foster healthy families and empowered communities nationwide.
Private hospitals and healthcare stakeholders have been invited to actively participate in this campaign to support its goals. The ‘Seva Pakhwada,’ organized on PM Modi’s birthday, underscores the government’s commitment to public welfare and development, particularly in the area of healthcare.
