First, install the MyJio App on your phone. Then, log in using your Jio number and the OTP you receive. Inside the app, you will find the ‘My Usage’ or ‘Usage Details’ section. This section shows your call, data, and SMS details. You can select specific dates to view the call records for the last six months.
To have your call history sent to your email, send an email to Jio’s customer care at [email protected]. Include your number, name, and the time period you’re interested in (e.g., January to June 2025). Your call details will be sent to your email shortly.
**Airtel Users: Steps to Follow**
Open the Airtel Thanks App on your phone. After logging in with the OTP, go to ‘Manage Account’ and click on ‘Usage Details.’ Here, you can view your call, SMS, and data usage. You can download the history based on daily or monthly periods.
You can also call Airtel customer care at 121 to request that your call history report be sent to your email. You’ll need to confirm your email ID.
**Important Points to Remember**
To view call history, the phone number must be linked to your Aadhaar/ID. Most providers only offer call history for the past six months.
