Google has introduced its Pixel 10 series, revealing the latest generation of smartphones at the Made by Google 2025 Event held in New York. The series consists of four models: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro XL, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. All of these new devices are powered by the newest Tensor G5 processor from Google.
The entire Google Pixel 10 series is equipped with the Tensor G5 processor. These phones run on Android 16 and come with Google’s stock UI. A key selling point is the promise of 7 years of OS updates and security patches. The new Pixel 10 devices also come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The device frames are made of aluminum and feature a fingerprint-resistant coating.

The Pixel 10 shares a display of similar size with the Pixel 10 Pro. However, the Pixel 10’s refresh rate is limited to 60Hz to 120Hz, while the Pro model offers a range from 1Hz to 120Hz.
In terms of the camera, it includes a 48MP primary camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10.8MP telephoto lens. Both the primary and telephoto sensors support OIS and EIS. The front camera is a 10.5MP selfie camera with autofocus. The battery capacity is 4,970mAh, with support for 30W wired fast charging and 15W Qi2 wireless charging. The phone will be available in Indigo, Frost, Lemongrass, and Obsidian color options. Its thickness is 8.6mm and the weight is 204 grams. The starting price in India is ₹79,999.
**Pixel 10 Pro: Key Highlights**
The Pixel 10 Pro has a 6.3-inch 120Hz LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 2856 pixels. It has a peak brightness of 3,300 nits (2,200 nits in high brightness mode). The Pixel 10 Pro is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, just like the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro XL. It will be available in Moonstone, Jade, Porcelain, and Obsidian colors, weighs 207 grams, and is 8.6mm thick.
The Pixel 10 Pro’s camera setup includes a 50MP primary camera, a 48MP ultra-wide lens, and a 48MP telephoto lens (with 5x optical zoom). All three rear cameras feature OIS and EIS. The front-facing camera is a 42MP selfie camera with autofocus and a 103-degree field of view. The price in India begins from ₹99,999.
**Pixel 10 Pro XL: Specifications**
The Pixel 10 Pro XL features a 6.8-inch 120Hz LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 1344 x 2992 pixels. It’s available in Moonstone, Jade, and Obsidian colors and weighs 232 grams. It is powered by a 5,200mAh battery, supporting 45W wired fast charging and 25W Qi2 wireless charging. The Pixel 10 Pro XL has the same camera setup as the Pixel 10 Pro. It has a 42MP selfie camera and a triple rear camera system. The price in India starts from ₹1,19,999.
**Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold**
Alongside the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL, the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold was also launched. This is Google’s second foldable phone in India. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold comes with Gemini Nano on-device AI. It’s available in a 16GB variant and only in Moonstone color. It will receive 7 years of OS and security updates. The phone has a 6.4-inch Actua OLED cover display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 60Hz to 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
Inside, the phone has an 8-inch Super Actua Flex display with a 1Hz to 120Hz dynamic refresh rate and 3,000 nits peak brightness. The phone weighs about 258 grams. The battery is 5,015mAh, supporting 30W wired and 15W Pixelsnap (Qi2) wireless charging.
