A video that originated in Jaynagar, a town in the Madhubani district of Bihar, has rapidly spread across social media, showing a coaching instructor engaging in inappropriate conduct with a female student. This incident has exposed a serious case of blackmail and extortion. Police have initiated an investigation and filed an FIR based on the victim’s testimony.
The instructor, identified as Rakesh Yadav, is accused of inappropriate actions towards the student. The victim stated that the instructor constantly made unwanted advances towards her. She also alleged that the coaching center’s landlord, Kuldeep Singh, and his friend, Sonu Chodhary, also harassed her.
The student reported to the police that Kuldeep Singh and Sonu Chodhary instructed her to record a video of the instructor, Rakesh Yadav, for the purpose of extorting 20 lakh rupees. They issued threats of violence if she failed to comply. The student, fearing for her safety, created the video. The video was then distributed by the landlord, Kuldeep Singh, leading to considerable emotional distress and shame for the victim. An FIR has been filed against the accused and the social media platforms and YouTube channels that circulated the video. Police are actively working to apprehend the suspects and are investigating the social media channels involved. The accused individuals include the coaching instructor, the landlord, and his associate.
