The program will provide a financial incentive of ₹15,000 to individuals upon securing their first employment opportunity. The scheme, with a budget of ₹1 lakh crore, aims to create over 3.5 crore jobs within the next two years. The scheme will prioritize those working in the manufacturing sector, with the funds disbursed after six months of employment, provided the company is registered with EPFO.
