On the occasion of Independence Day 2025, Mahindra and Ola will reveal their latest electric vehicles, including scooters, SUVs, and cutting-edge technologies featuring futuristic designs, AI capabilities, and advanced EV platforms. Ola Electric will be launching a new sports scooter at the Sankalp 2025 event, to be held at its Gigafactory in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, on August 15, 2025. The sporty model is hinted at with a teaser that shows a grab rail and a single-piece flat seat. Ola Electric has announced the MoveOS 6 software update for its electric two-wheelers. This update is anticipated to be released before Sankalp 2025 and may include an AI chatbot, a voice assistant, and predictive service features. Ola Electric has also teased its Diamond Head motorcycle, which is part of the Moonshot project, to be presented at the Sankalp 2025 event. The company plans to share a roadmap for its products and technologies, emphasizing its “India Inside” vision for electric vehicles. Mahindra will be showcasing the Vision T concept SUV at its Freedom_NU event in Mumbai on August 15, 2025. The teaser suggests that this could be a production-ready version of the Thar electric SUV, featuring a squared bonnet, strong wheel arches, and all-terrain tires. It will be based on the INGLO platform and feature a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system. Additionally, Mahindra will also reveal the Vision S and Vision SXT concept models. The Vision S is anticipated to be an electric pickup truck based on the Scorpio N, and the Vision SXT may also be a pickup truck based on the Scorpio N. The teaser exhibits robust design elements for off-roading, including a boxy design with flared wheel arches and a clamshell hood.
