A shocking case of love has emerged in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, involving a woman running away with her nephew, leaving her husband behind and injured. The aunt’s departure with her nephew was preceded by violence, leaving the husband with a broken arm and the son in tow. The villagers are astounded. The husband reported the incident to the authorities, resulting in an FIR and a police investigation.
The event unfolded in a village under the Bochahan police station. Nawaal Kishore and Khushboo Devi were living a peaceful life until the arrival of Neeraj, the nephew. The aunt and nephew developed a romantic relationship. The aunt would often invite her nephew to the house when the husband was not present. Consumed by her affection for her nephew, the aunt attacked her husband and ran away with him.
Khushboo married Nawaal Kishore 20 years ago. The nephew is 10 years younger. The husband sought police intervention, providing details of the incident. He told the police that his nephew, from the Garhan police station area, frequently visited their home, during which his wife and the nephew fell in love. When he protested, they fought with him and also physically assaulted him. His son also opposed her affair. Despite his attempts to make them understand, they did not change their minds. Eventually, the wife fled with the nephew, taking their 13-year-old son with her.
The husband reported that Khushboo Devi, in collaboration with her lover, was preparing to abscond with 50,000 rupees in cash, valuable jewelry, and property documents. Upon learning of their plans, he tried to stop them, but Neeraj and Khushboo attacked him, breaking his arm. They then fled. Before leaving, Khushboo threatened to commit suicide if he revealed anything.
The police assured the victim that they would investigate and take action. The station officer, Rakesh Kumar Yadav, confirmed that an FIR has been filed. The investigation is ongoing, and the pair will be apprehended soon.
