The match was dominated by a strong opening performance from Ankit Kumar and Krish Yadav, which significantly impacted the South Delhi Superstarz’s bowling. South Delhi Superstarz, after winning the toss, chose to bat, setting a total of 186 runs. The West Delhi Lions’ opening batsmen, Krish Yadav and Ankit Kumar, put together an impressive 158-run partnership in a mere 14 overs. Krish Yadav contributed a notable 67 off 42 deliveries, while Ankit Kumar smashed 96 off 46 balls.
Earlier in the innings, South Delhi Superstarz had a promising start, with openers Kunwar Bidhuri (42 off 27) and Sumit Mathur (33 off 29) sharing a solid 74-run opening partnership. Captain Ayush Badoni played a useful innings, scoring 48 off 25 balls. However, the team lost wickets towards the end of the innings, and they finished with 185/7 from their 20 overs.
