The Outer Delhi Warriors secured a commanding 82-run win against Purani Dilli 6 in a Delhi Premier League (DPL) Season 2 match played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Suyash Sharma and Shaurya Malik were the standout bowlers for the Warriors. After scoring a modest 149, Outer Delhi’s bowlers quickly took control of the game. Suyash Sharma’s leg-spin triggered an early collapse, dismissing crucial batsmen. Purani Dilli 6 was reeling at 31/4 within the initial overs. Further setbacks, including a run-out and a double-wicket over by Shaurya Malik, worsened their situation. Suyash Sharma claimed his fourth wicket, and Harsh Tyagi added to the team’s dominance. Purani Dilli 6 was bowled out for 66 in 14.3 overs. Earlier in the match, Outer Delhi had a promising start with Priyansh Arya and Sanat Sangwan. However, their innings faltered later on. Udhav Mohan of Purani Dilli 6 took five wickets, but Siddhant Sharma and Harsh Tyagi contributed vital runs to take the Warriors to 148. Suyash Sharma and Shaurya Malik’s bowling was the key factor in securing Outer Delhiās victory.
