A family in the Maheshpur area of Pakur, Jharkhand, experienced a frightening ordeal when a cobra snake was found in their toilet. The snake, which was approximately five feet long, was successfully removed by the Forest Department after they were alerted. The department has advised residents to be cautious during the monsoon season, as snakes often seek refuge in cool and damp locations, such as bathrooms. The incident follows a recent increase in snakebite cases in the state.
