Dwivedi also announced the creation of ‘Rudra’ brigades, integrated combat units designed to enhance military effectiveness. The Army Chief paid tribute to the Kargil martyrs and launched commemorative projects, while reaffirming the Army’s dedication to safeguarding the nation and supporting development in border regions.
